Returns & Exchange Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!

You can return your product for a different product or a refund to the original payment method. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

  • The decision to make a return or exchange must be sent to us on the delivery day
  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Inform us about your return or exchange decision on the delivery day
  2. Send the item back using the carrier of your choice (type of delivery: to door)

Additional Information:

  • Shipping fees are to be paid by the customer
  • Returns are processed in 10-14 business days and refunds can be expected 5-7 business days after processing
